About Us
Building Inclusion from Within.
Our Story
Alan Hejl (pr. 'Hale') founded Spark Access because accessibility has never been abstract to him.
He lives with chronic nerve pain and ADHD. His partner is a manual wheelchair user. Whether mobility innovators solve or ignore barriers isn’t a policy debate. It’s everyday life.
A career at General Motors and Ford only deepened that conviction: the mobility industry can and must do better. Not just to check a compliance box, but to build a future that genuinely works for everyone.
